Aerial classes are low impact and great for all fitness levels!

AERIAL YOGA

Aerial yoga combines traditional yoga asana movements with the aerial arts to provide physical, mental, and psychological benefits. Suspension from the hammock relieves pressure from your body, decompresses your spine, and creates space in your joints making you more mobile.  Aerial yoga is a great way to increase flexibility, balance, strength, and confidence!

 

This class is great for all fitness levels and experience! 

What To Wear: Form fitted clothing that covers your underarms and long leggings. Exposed skin can get irritated by the grip tape used on the hoops. No jewelry.

AERIAL SCULPT

If TRX, aerial yoga, and acrobatics had a baby, it would be Aerial Sculpt! 

We use the uniquely fun, comfortable, and supportive Fly Gym apparatus that allows for 360° motion while relieving joint pressure which allows for greater range of movement and a more enjoyable fitness experience. You will gain strength, agility, flexibility, balance, and an improved state of mind so get ready to fly and most importantly, have FUN!!

This class is appropriate for ALL levels!

SLING

Aerial sling uses the silks fabric in a hammock setup, similar to an aerial yoga class. Learn to use the sling to build strength and flexibility to perform beautiful poses, wraps, and transitions safely and with proper technique. This class is appropriate for all fitness levels.

SILKS

Silks is a beautiful, fun, and artful way to get an amazing full body workout. Students of all fitness levels will work on strength building and conditioning exercises, climbs, wraps, locks, and inversions. Great for all experience levels!
