 Pay per session as you go.

  • $175 Primary Class (1 class per week for 6 weeks)

Add On Sessions: (A Primary class must be purchased first)

By taking more than one class per week, you get discounted pricing per additional session that you add!

  • $125 1st Add-On (2nd class per week)

  • $100 2nd Add-On (3rd class per week)

  • $75 3rd Add-On (4th class per week)

  • $50 4th Add-On+ (5th class per week +)

Learn hypnotizing, festival worthy hoop dance moves from the one and only Dizzy Dynamic!  

Great for all fitness levels and perfect for all experience levels beginner to advanced. Beginners will learn technique, basic on/off body hoop tricks and transition pieces. Intermediate to advanced students will learn body roll variations, fun on/off body combos and much more!  Learn many tips and tricks to help keep your hoop around your legs, chest, and waist as well as off body, like isolations, weaves, and develop your hoop dance flow. You will get sweaty and have a ton of fun! Let’s learn how to connect your mind, body and soul through this epic form of dance! You may bring your own hoop if you’d like. We will have some hoops to use and also will have some on hand for purchase. ($15-$25 cash only)

What to Wear: Comfortable, easy to move in clothing: shorts, leggings, tank or t-shirt. Bare arms/legs helps with hoop control.


Whether you love pole or aerial, flexibility is the key to amazing extension and lines that further beautify your dance. This class will help you safely make gains in your current range of motion by using both active and passive flexibility techniques.

Flexy is great for ALL levels!..you don't have to be flexible to start, but you have to start to become more flexible! 

This class is best paired with a class just prior so that your body is nice and warm.

What To Wear: Layers are great for keeping the body warm for safe and effective stretching. (Leg warmers, leggings, light warmup jacket, etc.) 


This class is a unique and fun fusion of yoga/pilates mat work and pole strength conditioning with a HIT boost to get that heart pumping! This class is amazing for anyone looking to get stronger and leaner all while having so much fun, you won't even realize you're working hard towards getting in the best shape of your life! Join us!

What to Wear: Comfortable, easy to move in clothing: shorts or capris, tank/t-shirt. 


Unleash your inner Dita! Learn how to shimmy, shake and striptease in this sultry 6 week course! You will be learning a sexy routine incorporating chair, dance, and lots of sass.

Don't forget your layers; props like boas, gloves, and heels are also encouraged.
